Glasgow Airport pickup: how it works with your chauffeur.

Step by step, from landing to the car

1. Before you fly. When you book, we take your flight number. Before the day you receive your chauffeur’s details, and shortly before pickup a live tracking link by WhatsApp — no app or login needed.
2. We track your flight. We follow it live, so an early landing or a delay is already accounted for — you don’t need to tell us.
3. Collect your luggage. Take your time through passport control and baggage reclaim. 60 minutes’ waiting is included from the moment you land.
4. Message us on WhatsApp. Once you have your bags, send us a quick WhatsApp. We reply with directions to the pickup point.
5. Walk to Zone C. The moment your message arrives, we send your chauffeur to Zone C. Follow the tracking link to watch the car arrive, load your luggage, and you are on your way.

Why a set pickup point, not the arrivals door?

The forecourt directly outside the terminal is Glasgow Airport’s paid Express Pick-Up and Drop-Off zone, and the airport itself describes it as a very congested area suited only to quick turnarounds. Rather than have your car circle the forecourt while you wait at baggage reclaim, we time the pickup to your message and send the car to a confirmed pickup point. You walk out with your bags, and your car is there.

That is also why there is no rush: the clock on your included waiting time starts when your flight lands, not when you reach the kerb.

If something doesn’t go to plan

Your flight is delayed. Nothing to do — we track it and adjust your pickup to the new landing time.

Your bags take a long time. 60 minutes’ waiting from landing is included in the price. If you are held up beyond that, just message us.

You can’t find the pickup point. Message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you, and the tracking link shows exactly where your car is.

Meeting a friend or relative off a flight?

We can drive you to Glasgow Airport to collect someone arriving. We pick you up around 45 minutes before their flight is due to land, drive you to the airport, and park in the terminal multi-storey car park. You head into arrivals to welcome them, and your chauffeur waits with the car until you are both back with the luggage — then drives you all home.

It saves you driving, parking and circling the forecourt, and the timing is planned around the flight. Send us the flight number and your address, and we will quote the round trip.
